Just congenital a new pc and transferred the headset (HyperX Cloud) over from the former pc to the new pc. When playing games (for example Blackness Ops 4), whenever something happens in front or behind me the sound is quiet to the point where it sometimes disappears, only when something happens to the correct or to the left of me the audio is regular volume.
If there is fighting to my right for example, i can hear it perfectly, and when I plow to face information technology I can't hear it at all.
Whatsoever assistance is much appreciated

it could be, yous take your speakers setup every bit five.ane+ (where you lot need digital out or the 3 x analog jacks for L+R, Middle+sub and environs Fifty + surround R) and you are only using the Fifty+R jack (which is the default for 2-channel L+R coincidentally) and the reason why you only hear L+R only.
Modify it to Stereo Fifty+R in your speaker config, and you want to use virtual surround from either the game itself, or from your audio card if it has the virtual surround option (moving-picture show on the 2nd folio hither, just roll downwards one page) just don't enable both - utilize either the in-game surroundings OR the sound card surround.

it could be, you have your speakers setup equally 5.1+ (where you need digital out or the 3 x analog jacks for L+R, Eye+sub and surround L + environs R) and you are only using the 50+R jack (which is the default for 2-aqueduct Fifty+R coincidentally) and the reason why you merely hear L+R merely.
Change it to Stereo L+R in your speaker config, and you want to employ virtual surroundings from either the game itself, or from your sound bill of fare if it has the virtual surround option (picture on the 2d folio here, merely ringlet downwardly one page) just don't enable both - employ either the in-game surround OR the sound bill of fare surround.
